Scarlet Witch and Vision are officially returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in their very own live-action Disney+ series, WandaVision, and stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are rejoicing.

Announced at a Disney investors' meeting after months of speculation, Bettany and Olsen confirmed their involvement on Instagram, with each actor stating they're looking forward to working together again.

Given the fate of both characters in the climax of Avengers: Infinity War, it is unclear exactly when in the MCU timeline the series takes place or what the planned story will entail, other than focusing on the continuing adventures of the two eponymous Avengers.

A planned start date for production has not yet been revealed, but it was announced to premiere on Disney+ in the second year of the premium streaming service, alongside the confirmed Loki series starring Tom Hiddleston and theWinter Soldier and Falcon team-up series starring Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie.
