WandaVision lead Elizabeth Olsen confirmed that the show will not be getting a second season.

"No. No. It’s definitely a limited series," Olsen said in a conversation with The Flight Attendant star Kaley Cuoco for Variety about the prospect of WandaVision getting a second season. When Cuoco said that her show was also billed as a limited series before getting a second season, Olsen noted that that "I mean, I'm saying that. I don't know. I mean, with Marvel, you can never say no. People die, people —"

Olsen portrayed the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) character Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch in the limited series WandaVision. Though her sixth time portraying the superhero, the series allowed Olsen's Maximoff to step in as a main protagonist for the first time.

Though WandaVision fans are not likely to see new WandaVision seasons, more of Olsen's Maximoff is on the way. She will reprise the role in a prominent capacity in the upcoming MCU film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessthough what exact part she will play in the story of that movie remains a mystery.
