This article contains major SPOILERS for last week's episode of "The Walking Dead."

Fans tuning in to last night's episode of AMC's "The Walking Dead" were in for a few surprises. First, the 90-minute episode focused solely on Morgan (Lennie James), leaving many of the developments in last week's episode ("Thank You") unaddressed. For a rundown of the episode, check out our recap here.

The biggest development in "Thank You," and this is where spoilers come into play, was the apparent demise of Glenn, played by Steven Yeun. While no update was given on Glenn's fate in last night's episode, "Here's Not Here," one potentially major clue as to the fan favorite character's chances of survival came in the show's opening credits. Yeun's name was removed from the title sequence, which is either a hint that the character is gone for good or an example of the show messing with their eagle-eyed fans.

Glenn's possible death proved to be a major talking point on social media, enough so that it spurred showrunner Scott M. Gimple to make an announcement following last week's episode. "In some way we will see Glenn -- some version of Glenn or parts of Glenn -- again," said Gimple. "Either in flashback or the current story to help complete the story."

"The Walking Dead" airs Sundays on AMC.
