As "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" settles into its second season, the team finds itself in need of a few more legends to fill out the roster. Before adding a new superhero to the mix, however, they'll have to deal with an old one, in the form of Vixen, a member of 1942's Justice Society of America.

In tonight's episode, titled "Shogun," the team travels to feudal Japan to reclaim Ray Palmer's Atom armor from a shogun warrior. At the same time, Vixen suspects the Legends of foul play following the death of a fellow JSA member in the previous episode. Using her amulet, a totem that enables her to posses the abilities of the animal kingdom, she makes short work of the crew, until she meets thee newest member ... Citizen Steel.

Historian Nate Heywood has been lamenting his lack of powers since his introduction, and after a near-death experience -- one that required a modified Nazi super-serum to save him -- he finally has them. As Vixen attacks our time-traveling heroes, his metallic skin and super-strength appear to be the only things that can save them.

Airing Thursdays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW, “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” stars Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Brandon Routh as the Atom, Victor Garber and Franz Drameh as Firestorm, Caity Lotz as White Canary, Maisie Richardson-Seller as Vixen, Dominic Purcell as Heatwave and Nick Zano as Citizen Steel.
