Add another DC Comics villain to the "Arrow" rogues gallery: Vinnie Jones has been cast on The CW series as Danny "Brick" Brickwell, as reported Monday by Variety. According to the outlet, he's set to appear in episodes #10, #11 and #12 of the currently unfolding third season.

Brick was created by writer Judd Winick and artist Phil Hester, and first introduced in 2004's "Green Arrow" #40. The comic book character is invulnerable and super-strong due to his brick-like skin, though it's unclear if he'll be superpowered on the show: Variety states the character will be "a ruthless gang leader who brings Star City's government to its knees," dubbed Brick due to surviving dozens of gunshots.

The character has been mentioned by name -- but previously unseen -- on the show before, and "Arrow" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg wrote the character in 2009 during his run on the "Green Arrow/Black Canary" comic book.

Jones has a history of playing unstoppable comic book villains -- in 2007, he played Marvel's Juggernaut in "X-Men: The Last Stand," uttering the meme-famous line "I'm the Juggernaut, bitch." The actor, a former soccer player, is also set to appear on ABC's upcoming musical series "Galavant." Casting Jones in the role is a departure from the traditional depictions of the character, who in the comics is African-American.

"Arrow" airs 8 p.m. Wednesdays on The CW.
