Peter Parker has an array of some of the coolest suits in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Spider-Man: Far From Home introduced some of the best to date. However, for those hoping to make a Spider-Man suit of their own, you better start saving now. The wall-crawler's threads would cost millions of dollars, at minimum. CBR has new video breaking down the cost for a Spider-Man suit.

The suits used in the films cost about $130,000 each, which is pretty expensive. However, an actual suit that works would cost a lot more. The raw materials would cost a lot, because you would need something that's skintight yet flexible. It also has to be immensely tough. In terms of our world, you would probably need to use graphene, combined with something else. Graphene costs about $500,000 per 10kg, which makes it immensely expensive. You'd need around 50kg just to make a suit, which means approximately $2.5 million for the raw materials alone.

Portrayed once more by Tom Holland, the web-slinger is back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe on Dec. 17, 2021, with Spider-Man: No Way Home. The sequel to 2019's Far From Home not only promises reality-bending action -- courtesy of Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange -- but also even more new suits. Peter's identity has been exposed, and he stands accused of the death of Mysterio, but none of that apparently has put a dent in his Spider-Man wardrobe: The teaser trailer, released in August, shows three costume changes, including the introduction of a black suit and the return of the of Iron Spider armor, previously seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home. With Alfred Molina reprising his role as Doctor Octopus from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2, that may be particularly useful.
