The second trailer for Avengers: Endgame dropped last week, revealing a lot about the coming movie. The clip teased an interaction between Thor and Captain Marvel, whose own solo film is currently dominating the box office. However, there's a lot you might not know about Captain Marvel and Thor's relationship and appearance in that trailer.

Something important to remember in regards to the trailer is how much Asgardians respect strength. When Thor summons Stormbreaker, he's not necessarily trying to intimidate her. He might instead be trying to figure out if she'll be able to keep up with Thanos. This sort of respect will definitely inform their relationship and maybe even help to set the stage for a team-up between the two mighty cosmic heroes.

Check out the video below for more of what you might not have realized about Thor and Captain Marvel in the Endgame trailer.

Although it's currently unknown how Thor will factor into the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, actor Chris Hemsworth has expressed his desire to reprise the role, with Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi also saying he himself would like to helm another movie in the series. Captain Marvel will also prove central to the MCU going forward. Her first solo film has been doing a great at the box office and will likely break $1 billion before all is said and done. It's entirely possible that the two might end up teaming up after Endgame, though that will, of course, depend on what happens in that film.
