My Hero Academia features some of the strongest and most talented heroes in the history of anime. Inspired by the abilities of superheroes across various mediums, many in the My Hero Academia universe possess quirks, which are super abilities. Those quirks range from fairly innocuous to down right overpowered. However, there are also some that are just plain weird. In this new exclusive video, we're going through the absolute weirdest quirks in all of My Hero Academia.

We're starting our list off with Seiji Shishikura's quirk: Meatball, which is undoubtedly the grossest in all of My Hero Academia. Meatball allows Seiji to manipulate flesh, including hi own. This allows him to make contact with other people's flesh and turn other people into meatball-shaped flesh, effectively making them useless. The quirk feels like something out of a horror movie in terms of both what he does to himself and to others. The quirk sounds like one of the worst experiences a person could go through, as its victims remain aware, though completely unable to use their bodies in any real way. And this isn't even the franchise's weirdest quirk!

My Hero Academia has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014, and there are over 250 chapters available. The series proved so popular that it inspired a spinoff, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, and has spawned one tie-in movie, with another on the way. Legendary Entertainment also has the rights to a live-action adaptation of My Hero Academia, so that might show up in theaters sooner rather than later.
