Since starting in 1984, Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball franchise has showcased a number of incredibly powerful techniques, some of which have the power to wipe out villains and even -- in some cases -- universes with a single well-placed use. Considering how many techniques have appeared in the various shows and manga so far, there's a lot to keep track of, and there are a lot you might have forgotten. We've made our own list of the fifteen most powerful techniques in the entire Dragon Ball franchise. And don't worry: they're not all from Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super.

Of course, the Kamehameha is on this list, as it's one of the most powerful and well-known techniques in all of anime. The move has been used repeatedly throughout the series, and is a staple for many heroes. However, this list is going to go back to Boss Rabbit's Magic Touch and Spike the Devil Man. It's also going to look at properties like Dragon Ball GT, which are no longer canon. Although the techniques belong to fighters who aren't that strong in and of themselves, they have abilities that, in the wrong hands, could spell disaster for everyone in the universe.

As Dragon Ball Super continues, we're sure to see even more incredibly powerful techniques make their way to the franchise. However, considering the sheer strength of Zeno's ability to end an entire universe, it's hard to think that there's any technique that can compete with it. Still, a number of the techniques on this list might find themselves ineffectual when the next exciting episode of the series rolls around.
