The Marvel Cinematic Universe has had some incredibly memorable characters that died during one of their appearances. However, comic book deaths don't necessarily take. We've compiled a list of 15 characters that could return to life.

Of course, we're going to talk about Loki, who has a penchant for seemingly dying before later returning to life. There are a lot of fan theories surrounding how the character might return, and he's set to headline his own series on Disney+. However, that doesn't necessarily mean he'll return to life, though it's hard to rule out the possibility.

Although it's unclear if any dead characters will appear in Endgame, there are some theories that Hela might show up, as there's some indication that actor Cate Blanchett filmed scenes for that movie. Seeing as time travel is theorized to play a role in the film, it's also entirely possible that some old allies and villains might resurface. As new films in the MCU are sometimes set in the past, there's also a possibility that villains might have a cameo, much like Ronan the Accuser in Captain Marvel.
