Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, things are much different in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. A number of top heroes are out of commission for the foreseeable future, including Steve Rogers/Captain America, Tony Stark/Iron Man and, potentially, Bruce Banner/Hulk. However, that just means a whole group of new heroes are going to have to come in and take their places. There are a lot of rumors about just what might happen in Marvel Studios' Phase Five, and in this new exclusive video, we're breaking some of those rumors down, including some related to Wade Wilson/Deadpool.
As a word of warning, a lot of these rumors are still unconfirmed, and there are conflicting reports from a variety of sources about just what might happen. We'll do our best to explain the rumors that we think make the most sense, though there's a good chance that more than a few of these will end up proving to be false for one reason or another, particularly because plans can change for major franchises depending on needs, actors and a whole bunch of other factors. Still, some of these might end up proving to be true.

While Black Widow was slated to kick off Phase Five this summer, the movie was delayed until November due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This has resulted in most of Phase Five's films and tie-in Disney+ series getting delayed, with the production for some being shut down for the time being. However, there's no indication at this time the COVID-19 pandemic will cause the content of any of these to change.
