Although they're the oldest and most powerful beings in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Celestials haven't appeared all that much on-screen. However, most information about the MCU's upcoming Eternals film indicates fans will find out a lot more about the Celestials when that movie finally roles around. In our new exclusive video, CBR breaks down what we can expect from the Celestials and what they'll likely end up looking like as per concept art.

The concept art for Eternals shows a Celestial next to a planet and its absolutely massive. The Celestial's eye is only slightly smaller than a planet, while that world's moon is absolutely tiny in comparison. The Celestials also have a really long history in the comics and were created by the First Firmament. The Celestials are those who rebelled against the First Firmament, and the act resulted in the creation of the multiverse. The Celestials have still involved themselves in the multiverse and returned on occasion to help the life they created grow. This is how they ended up creating the Eternals, on whom the upcoming MCU movie will focus.
