Gamers have found themselves in awe of Resident Evil Village's titanic vampire Lady Dimitrescu, who is just one in a long line of sexy monster girls in video games. Undeniably, Lady Dimitrescu's voluptuous and towering figure has made brought many gamers to their knees, but she is far from the first monster lady in games that made gamers feel things they didn't expect.

However, there are plenty of other video game monster girls who can elicit as much thirst in gamers as Lady Dimitrescu -- at least, in theory. These characters predate the towering vampiress but feel all the more relevant today due to how the internet has been overwhelmed with incredible thirst. These video game monster girls are presented to remind you that video games have always been messing with your perspectives of beauty.

Morrigan Aensland (Darkstalkers)

Undeniably, the queen of video game monsters is Morrigan Aensland. The heir to the Makai Demon Realm is a powerful succubus who makes sure your last moments are a pleasurable experience. Morrigan has become the poster-child for sexy succubi, complete with her revealing attire and seductive presence. Morrigan is arguably one of the first truly seductive monsters in video game history. She remained a mainstay in the genre decades after the last Darkstalkers game, in part because cosplayers want to be her and fan artists can't stop drawing her.

Felicia (Darkstalkers)

Few catwomen are as beautiful and kind-hearted as Felicia from Darkstalkers. Unlike Morrigan or Lady Dimitrescu, who are both far more assertive and dominating presences, Felicia just wants everyone to love each other. Raised by a nun, Felicia wants Darkstalkers and humanity to come together. To that end, she becomes a pop star and later runs an orphanage. Felicia's main look is completely naked, covered with tufts of hair over her body, and she's one of those characters that probably led a few kids to start liking anime catgirls.

Majin Android 21 (Dragon Ball FighterZ)

Evil Android 21 gets coy in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Majin Android 21 is a video game exclusive character in Dragon Ball FighterZ, making her a video game character and not an anime one. However, undeniably, Android 21's transformation into a Majin turns this already beautiful, bespectacled villain into walking fetish fuel. She's a truly terrifying presence, constantly thinking about eating everyone around her while moaning and thirsting. She's absolutely unstable but in a strangely sexy way.

Cala Maria (Cuphead)

Cala Maria from Cuphead is a seemingly sweet mermaid lady who, if you weren't trying to collect her soul for Satan, might be very willing to cuddle while watching fish swim by. Undeniably, many players would probably prefer that option over fighting her -- Cuphead is notorious for its difficult bosses. Cala Maria is a sexy mermaid drawn in a retro cartoon style. As such, the artists didn't hesitate to give her a real hourglass figure, complete with extra-wide hips. Even in her monstrous second form, it's hard not to admit Cala Maria is pretty beautiful.

Ruto (Legend of Zelda)

The Zora in the Legend of Zelda franchise gives a lot of people confusing feelings. Ruto from Legend of Zelda might be chief among them. While you first meet her as a child in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, when you reunite with her after the time skip, she's grown up a lot. However, most people probably didn't start questioning their sexual preferences until Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Warriors, where Ruto appears as a mature warrior who joins up with Zelda's forces. Ruto's otherworldly appearance combined with her athletic appearance made a lot of players feel uncomfortably attracted to the now-adult character they watched grow up before their eyes.

Shiva (Final Fantasy)

Final Fantasy has several monster girls, but none are as ever-present as Shiva. This summoned monster has appeared in countless games, sometimes even playing a vital role in the plot. Shiva is a titanic figure who can conjure storms of ice with a snap of her fingers. A lot of people started thirsting over Lady Dimitrescu due to her height, thick figure and powerful sense of authority. Shiva is the gentle equivalent of that, but she's also mature and apparently wise. Her mastery of spellcraft and the elements comes from experience. Only her empathy toward humanity keeps her from eradicating the world in a storm -- especially in Final Fantasy XV, where she is confirmed to be the most compassionate of all the summoned Astrals.

Fran (Final Fantasy XII)

Fran is the only non-human playable character in Final Fantasy XII. Arguably, this is why she became not only a fan-favorite but also one of the most widely cosplayed characters from Final Fantasy XII. Fran is distinct in a lot of ways. She's a woman of color, a sky pirate and a monster girl. Fran is a Viera -- a rabbit-human hybrid native to Ivalice. She is reserved, incredibly sensitive to magic, and can wipe the floor with just about anyone she fights. Final Fantasy is a franchise known for its sexy heroes and heroines. Fran ranks among the most alluring of them all. Fans either want to be Fran or be with Fran.

Milda (Grandia)

Game Grandia Milda 2.v1

Milda is a tall, buff monster girl who is eager for a brawl. This 6'1 monster girl is brash and willing to fight, but, surprisingly, she is also the mom friend to her fellow teammates. Milda is all the appeal of a monster girl, with an added dose of softness put in. Sure, she might not be as tall as Lady Dimitrescu, but she's far buffer and far less likely to murder you in your sleep. Oh, and if anyone hurts you, she will rip their head off.

Sheeva (Mortal Kombat)

Sheeva in Mortal Kombat 11

Sheeva from Mortal Kombat is one of the most iconic buff monster women in the game franchise. First appearing in Mortal Kombat 3 as a distaff counterpart to Goro, Sheeva would ultimately become the Queen of the Shokan following the death of Goro's father. She is a neutral character, willing to betray Shao Khan if he dares to threaten the Shokan race. She's also a titanic, buff woman with four arms. While she's only 6'8 to Lady Dimitrescu's 9'1, she's still strong enough to pin you to the floor and dominate you like the queen she is.

Eliza (Tekken)

Eliza from Tekken might at first look like some succubus like Morrigan with her devil horns, but she's actually a vampire older than a thousand years. Eliza loves taking naps, with one accidentally lasting over 600 years long. This makes her ideal for long sleepy-time cuddles. Just beware. Eliza's horns are pretty prominent, and she might bite your throat and drink up your blood. However, from the start, Eliza, much like Lady Dimitrescu, is a seductive dominating presence, capable of killing you and beating you under her heel...assuming she doesn't take a nap halfway through.

Sarah Kerrigan (Starcraft)

Sarah Kerrigan from the Starcraft series didn't start as a monster girl, but she certainly became one when the Zerg Swarm infested her body, transforming her into this monstrous alien creature with bladed wings. Known as the Queen of the Blades, Kerrigan is one of the greatest of Blizzard's villains, being a powerful, monstrous, yet also tragic figure. She's also undeniably beautiful, both as a normal human, as the Queen of Blades, and, later on, as a cosmic entity known as a xel'naga. She has far more clout than Lady Dimitrescu to the title of best video game monster girl.
