Avengers: Endgame saw Steve Rogers/Captain America lift Mjolnir after hints he might be able to in Age of Ultron. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has said Rogers was always capable of lifting the powerful hammer, and that he chose not to in order to spare Thor's feelings. There's a lot that makes Captain America worthy of lifting the hammer, so we've compiled a list of ten of those times.

There are a lot of moments where Steve proved he was worthy of lifting Mjolnir. One thing that makes him worthy of lifting the hammer is his love for his friends. Despite all of the changes Bucky Barnes undergoes from when they're young, he never loses faith in his friend and does his best to help him after he takes on the moniker of Winter Soldier.

The end of Endgame saw Steve passing on his shield to Sam Wilson/The Falcon. At this time, there's no indication actor Chris Evans will return to the role any time soon, so it's unlikely Steve will appear again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, anything could happen, and it's possible he might pop up again in the future.
