Shuri and and Peter Parker didn't meet in Avengers: Infinity War, but fan art imagines a Shuri-designed suit for Spider-Man that uses Wakandan Vibranium, and although he has had his share of costume changes over the years, this one might beat them all.
Artist Jason Pastrana tweeted these alternate versions of Spider-Man's armor, which are made of Wakandan Vibranium. Pastrana wrote, "Spider-Man (wakanda) suit designs. What if it was designed by Shuri from Blackpanther [sic]? And had a bit of African influence. Fun thought."

Again, this is only fan art, but costume changes for Spider-Man are nothing new. The character has changed his costume numerous times in the comics and three times since his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Considering Spider-Man's fate at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, it doesn't seem likely that a Wakandan-inspired armor will make it to the theaters any time soon, especially considering that the wall-crawler is already set to debut a new costume in Spider-Man: Far From Home. It's unclear when he might even get the chance to meet Shuri, though it's always possible the two will interact in some way in Avengers 4.
The untitled sequel to Avengers: Infinity War will release on May 3, 2019. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Marvel’s Avengers 4 stars Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie.
