Dohring will reprise his role as Logan Echolls, the snarky on-again, off-again boyfriend to Veronica. Daggs will return as Wallace Fennel, Veronica’s best friend and partner in mystery solving. Capra again plays Weevil, a leader of the local biker gang, and an ally to Veronica. Starzyk will be back as Richard “Dick” Casablancas, Logan's dimwitted best friend.

Here’s who we have booked for the #VeronicaMars series, so far. (More are on the way, I swear.) @jason_dohring, @franciscapra, @PD3Official, @dstarzyk, and, of course, @IMKristenBell.

The season will follow Veronica Mars during her investigation of a serial killer targeting people during Spring Break. The eight episode season will focus entirely on this mystery. The new season is expected to begin production in October and film through until March, ahead of a 2019 premiere on Hulu.
