Adult Swim has released a new full-length trailer for the seventh season of The Venture Bros., and it’s every bit as crazy as you hoped.

Set, at least in part, to the David Bowie's “Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps),” the footage races through what promises to be a predictably madcap and convoluted season.

The sixth season uprooted our heroes from the Venture compound to New York City, and the new trailer hints at a continuation of the storylines introduced with that reset, including a treaty between the O.S.I. and the Council of 13 (the leadership of the Guild of Calamitous Intent), a possibly successful romance for Hank, and the return of the Red Death.

Newer wrinkles include crashed alien spacecraft, demon-possessed machines, and, of course, The Monarch and Gary back in the black-and-gold, showing up to "fight you and steal your [bleep]."

This is our first good look at the full season, following a teaser trailer released late last month. If nothing else, it looks like Dr. Orpheus might finally get something to do.

The seventh season of The Venture Bros. premieres Aug. 5 at midnight on Adult Swim.
