SPOILER WARNING: The following article may contain spoilers for Venom, which hits theaters on October 5.

Those reports follow various press events and screenings last week. Specific details about what those scenes contain can be found elsewhere online.

Despite early reports that Venom would seek an R-rating, the MPAA ended up rating the film as PG-13, which producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach say was always their intention. Star Tom Hardy is set to reprise his role as Venom in three films, though exactly which movies he'll appear in remains unknown.

Following the indefinite delay of Silver & Black, Morbius will likely be the next film in Sony's Spider-Verse, as the Living Vampire's solo movie is the farthest along in production and already has its leading man in Jared Leto. Sony is also reportedly developing movies based on Kraven the Hunter, Silk and Nightwatch, though little is currently known about those projects.
