Spoilers are out in full force following the latest fan screening for Sony Pictures' Venom: Let There Be Carnage.

The spoilers can be found across various social media platforms, most notably Reddit, for those who wish to seek them out. As for what they entail, the Venom sequel's post-credits scene and even its climactic battle are all seemingly fair game courtesy of those who've already seen the movie.

Let There Be Carnage picks up where Venom's post-credits scene left off, with reporter and Venom host Eddie Brock being brought in to interview imprisoned serial killer Cletus Kasady at the Ravencroft Institute. However, an altercation between the two leads to Cletus becoming host to a symbiote of his own: Carnage.

"In this movie, it's like the seven-year itch cycle of a relationship. You got two characters that are literally stuck with each other. That odd couple relationship is what this movie was always going to be about, as a progression from the first one," director Andy Serkis recently teased about Eddie and Venom's dynamic. "It's like living with an oversized toddler. They have had enough of each other. They can't be together, can't be apart. Eddie's far too selfish. Venom just wants to be the hero."

Various clues and reported leaks have led many fans to believe Venom: Let There Be Carnage will formally open the door between Sony's Spider-Man Universe and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. More fuel was added to the fire when Deadline's Anthony D'Alessandro recently explained that, "With this Venom, they're actually going to connect to the Spider-Man universe they're setting up with Disney/MCU. I know one of their long-term goals is to make Sinister Six, um, and that's kind of the project we're all waiting for, ya know, their version of the bad guys from Spider-Man ." Serkis, for his part, wants to first see Venom go toe-to-toe with other Marvel villains before crossing paths with Tom Holland's Spider-Man.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage stars Tom Hardy and Woody Harrelson. The film arrives in theaters Oct. 1.
