Venom is infecting the world of Funko Pop!, as a new series sees the sinister symbiote taking over a number of fan-favorite Marvel characters.Funko fans can now see what Venomized versions of Daredevil, Rocket Racoon, Groot, X-23, Storm and Thanos look like. No specific release date was given for the figures. The price range of Funko Pop! figures usually ranges between $10 and $15, depending on rarity.
Last year, Funko released a similar range of figures that Venomized some of Marvel's most famous characters. including Captain America, Hulk, Black Panther, Loki and many more. The timing couldn't be better for the Venomized Thanos, as the character returns in Avengers: Endgame. Disney's recent acquisition of 20th Century Fox also means fans will likely see X-23 and Storm in the Marvel Cinematic Universe sooner rather than later.
In terms of Venom on the big screen, Tom Hardy is once again set to suit up as Brock in Venom 2, which seems to be targeting a 2020 release date. However, the darker nature of Sony's Spider-Verse means that it's unlikely the character will appear in the MCU any time soon.
