It's been some time since Valorant was the most hyped title on Twitch, but the game has been extending its longevity with new maps and agents. Some of the most popular agents are Radiants, who were exposed to the new element Radianite and developed super powers. To many Valorant players' excitement, new agent Skye is one of the Radiants, with a unique twist of her own.

Radiant powers are usually connected to natural elements. Omen manipulates shadows, Jett manipulates air and Phoenix manipulates fire. Skye appears to manipulate Earth and nature. She also summons, which isn't very common among Valorant agents. A lot of Skye's abilities require her to summon creatures molded from Earth to help her in battle. Skye also has the ability to heal her entire team in a large radius, unlike Sage who can only heal one target at a time.

Based off of her abilities, Skye appears to serve the purpose of an Initiator role, much like Sova or Breach. This would also make her the first female Radiant initiator agent in the game.

Although her healing ability may seem overpowered, Skye can not revive dead teammates; she can only heal injured ones and the heal is not infinite. Regrowth is her C ability, which is toggled. It drains from a pool of energy indicated by a meter and it appears that the more allies being healed at a time, the quicker energy is drained. Used properly, multiple allies could be healed to full health at the same time. However, if Valorant players aim for the head, Skye won't have to use Regrowth.

Skye's Q ability, Trailblazer, only has one charge -- but it more than makes up for that with its powerful effects. Skye will summon a controllable Tasmanian tiger that she can use to scout around the map from the ground at a fast speed. It can also be used to attack multiple targets in a small area, stunning them for a brief period. The tiger leaps at a target's head when attacking and can be destroyed before it lunges. Once shot, it will slow down. When using this ability, it appears Skye's real body is unable to move, see or hear.

Guiding Light is Skye's E ability and it holds three charges. Skye will create a hawk, which will fly out before detonating like a flash bomb. It seems Skye can shoot it straight or manipulate its flight path to curve it around corners. Skye can also control when the hawk's blinding effect will detonate by recasting the ability. The hawk can be destroyed before it detonates and any who face the detonation will be blinded for a few seconds. When shot, the hawk will also slow down.

Finally, Skye's ultimate X ability allows her to unleash Seekers, strange jellyfish-like plant creatures that quickly fly ahead of Skye and seek up to three targets in an area automatically. When they collide with a target, they make them nearsighted on impact, similar to Viper's ultimate. Seekers can also be destroyed before they reach their targets and slow down when shot at.

Agent Skye will be available in Valorant starting Oct. 27.
