After more than a year since the Season 3 finale, Mr. Robot has unveiled its first trailer for its upcoming fourth and final season.

The acclaimed cyber-thriller series' final season takes place during the holiday season in New York City, as Elliot Alderson and Christian Slater's eponymous hacktivists are seen hunted in the streets of Manhattan for their cyber-vigilantism against the rich and powerful, with a bloody Christmas setting the scene. The Season 4 premiere has been confirmed for October 6 on the USA Network.

Details on the upcoming season are still kept under wraps, but it has been expanded to run for thirteen episodes, more than any of its precessors.

With the ominous, gloomy trailer teasing heightened danger as Elliott and Mr. Robot target those that manipulate society for their own selfish gain, the hacker-fueled thriller looks to end its award-winning run with a bang.
