There’s big, and there’s Unicron big.

Hasbro has announced plans to crowdfund a massive Transformers figure through its HasLabs portal. If the funding goal is met, the Transformers: War for Cybertron Unicron will be the largest Transformers figure ever produced by the company. Something so massive must comes at a price, though, right?

For the Transformers: War for Cybertron Unicron figure, the price is rather lofty. Backers will need to pledge $574.99 to secure their really, really big Unicron, but the figure will only be made if a sufficient number of people pledge their hard-earned cash. For the figure to go into production, 8,000 backers will need to pledge, bringing the goal of the crowdfunding campaign to $4,599,920.

If the figure is funded, the final product will stand at 27 inches tall and boast 50 points of articulation. The Unicron figure also has movable eyes, fingers, mouth and teeth. Of course, because it’s a Transformer, Unicron can convert into its planet form, which is a stunning 30 inches in diameter. The figure includes Unicron’s massive, planet-eating jaws.

If produced, the Transformers: War for Cybertron Unicron will be the largest figure produced by the company, besting the Fortress Maximus figure's current title as the largest. Unicron first debuted in 1986’s Transformers: The Movie and has enjoyed a fan-favorite status ever since.
