"Underworld" fans will have to wait a little longer for the fifth installment of the action-horror franchise.
Variety reports Screen Gems has pushed back the release of "Underworld: Blood Wars" by three months, from Oct. 14 to Jan. 6.
Directed by Anna Foerster the film sees Kate Beckinsale return in her role as Selene, and Theo James (“The Divergent Series”) reprise his role as David from 2012's “Underworld Awakening."
They're joined by Tobias Menzies (“Outlander”) as the formidable new Lycan leader; Lara Pulver (“Sherlock”) as an ambitious Vampire; Charles Dance (“Game of Thrones”), again playing Vampire elder Thomas; James Faulkner (“Game of Thrones”); Peter Andersson (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”); Clementine Nicholson; Bradley James (A&E’s “Damien”); and Daisy Head (“Fallen”).
The four films to date in the series have grossed a combined $458 million worldwide.
