When the fourth Underworld movie makes it to theaters, it’ll be without creator Len Wiseman, who wrote all three previous installments and directed two. But at least his replacements sound interesting (and, in one case, Super)…
The Hollywood Reporter has the news that Swedish directors Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein have signed on to direct the fourth installment in the series as their American movie debut, working from a script by television writer John Hlavin (The Shield, LAX), with rewrites from J. Michael Straczynski. Wiseman is still on board as producer, and Kate Beckinsale will return as Selene. The movie will begin shooting in March next year.
