The iconic costume of X-Men leader Cyclops has a lot of pouches; have you ever wondered what is inside all of them? One fan has some ideas.Sergei Titov shared their breakdown of what is inside Cyclops' pouches on Twitter, detailing not only specific items but which pouch each item is stored in. Some of the items, like a sandwich, spare goggles, a first aid kit, car keys, phone and flashlight, make practical sense for a superhero to carry when on missions. Others, like a ring and a photo of teammates Jean Gray, Wolverine and Storm, obviously involve sentimental value.RELATED: X-Men's Bishop Just Took the First Steps to Build Marvel's Biggest Mutant Army

However, some of the items are more perplexing, particularly a set of eye drops and contact lenses. Many commenters expressed confusion over the items' inclusion and really want to know how Cyclops, a mutant who emits energy beams or optic blasts from his eyes, uses eye drops. While the artist has yet to respond to the queries, another user by the name of Extremely Haunted suggested that the contact lenses may be a reference to the superhero's emergency ruby quartz contacts from the comics.

Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Cyclops is one of the original and most recognizable members of the X-Men, having appeared in many of Marvel's most influential comic book storylines like "Civil War," "World War Hulk," "Secret Wars," "House of M" and "House of X." The character has also appeared in many of the X-Men adaptations, including 20th Century Fox's live-action films in which he was played by James Marsden and Tye Sheridan, as well as the X-Men: Evolution cartoon, voiced by Kirby Morrow, and the iconic X-Men: The Animated Series, voiced by Norm Spencer.

Sergei Titov's artwork is just one recent example of the fan-made superhero content captivating others. Graphic designer Rahal Nejraoui reimagined Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange as his dark counterpart from Marvel's What If...?, and comic book artist InHyuk Lee fused Spider-Man and Netflix's smash hit Squid Game to create a bloody masterpiece. Outside the context of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Twitter user ApexForm uploaded a visual that casts Antony Starr, the actor behind Homelander in Amazon Prime's The Boys, as the Reverse Flash from DC Comics.

The last movie Cyclops appeared in was 2019's Dark Phoenix. While Marvel Studios President Kevin Fiege has teased the eventual inclusion of the X-Men in the MCU, no X-Men film nor Disney+ series has been announced.
