Video game company Atari unveiled its first look at its upcoming hotel line.

The industry giant is planning to open eight locations across the United States. The first two will be launched in Las Vegas, Nev. and Phoenix, Ariz. Other future hotels are planned for Austin, Texas, Chicago, Ill., Denver, Colo., San Francisco, Calif., San Jose, Calif. and Seattle, Wash. Based on the concept art, it appears Atari is aiming for a retro futurism feel, similar to the settings of Tron and Blade Runner.

The hotels will feature video game-themed amenities as well as other services that will please more general travelers. Restaurants, bakeries and bars are planned for several of the locations, as well as gaming playgrounds, which will feature AR and VR experiences. Select locations will also be able to host and stream live e-sport events.

"You've dreamt of this world — now you will be able to experience it," the press release reads. "Stylized rooms inspired by great science fiction stories. Restaurants and lounges that stimulate the senses. Retro gaming and esports venues, immersive entertainment, mixed reality programming and digital studios. Everything we have always desired in one location is finally coming." Atari partnered with Gensler and Subnation to build the hotels.
