HASLABS, the Hasbro Pulse crowdsourcing platform, has extended the deadline for backers to support its monumental Transformers: War For Cybertron Unicron figure, with the campaign now running through the end of New York Comic-Con on Sunday, October 6.

Writing that “it’s not over for The Lord of Chaos quite yet,” the company shared that it had was reading fan comments and listening to feedback about wanting more time to donate to the campaigns total.

“We wouldn’t be where we are in the campaign without our fans and we are so appreciative of the overwhelming support on the project thus far. We want to make this dream item a reality just as much as you and feel that this extension will help get us to the 8,000 backer goal!”

“For those that have already backed the project, your card will not be charged until the new end date – October 6, 2019," the campaign added. "Also note that you can still cancel your order if you no longer want to be part of TRANSFORMERS history. Just log into your account on HasbroPulse.com to cancel your order.”

The Hasbro Pulse description invites Transformers fans to “Join us in a historic opportunity to celebrate the legendary Unicron with a figure whose features, detail, and scale are worthy of his gigantic legacy." At the time of writing, the campaign has received donations from 5,575 backers. The target goal is 8000. If the goal is met, Unicron will be the largest Transformers figure ever produced.
