A new international poster for Toy Story 4 has been released as the buzz for the movie (pun intended) continues to grow.
The movie, which will hit theaters on June 21, stars many returning characters, like Tim Allen’s Buzz Lightyear and Tom Hanks’s Woody, of course. They’ll also be joined by some new characters, including two stuffed animals voiced by Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. Both of these new characters are featured prominently on the new poster.
Also featured on the poster is Annie Potts’ Bo Peep, who looks and is expected to act dramatically different from the last time viewers saw her in 1999’s Toy Story 2. The character has been reimagined for a contemporary audience and will have a more empowered personality.
A new teaser for the movie also recently aired during the Super Bowl, in which we see Buzz trying to escape from a prize wall at a Disneyland-style theme park.
Directed by Josh Cooley, Toy Story 4 stars Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Keanu Reeves, Annie Potts, Don Rickles, Estelle Harris, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Jeff Pidgeon, Blake Clark, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele and Tony Hale. The film opens on June 21.
