Ever since the start of Pixar's Toy Story franchise, the eponymous toys have never left one of their own behind and that continues in this year's Toy Story 4.
While appearing on Good Morning America to promote the upcoming animated film, actor Annie Potts, who voices Bo Peep in the acclaimed film series, unveiled a new clip from the eagerly anticipated sequel showing the toys banding together to rescue a lost toy.
The short clip has Woody and Bo Peep spot a toy being washed away in a gutter outside and coordinating with their friends to mount a daring rescue while Woody learns that Bo Peep has actually named each of her sheep.
Interestingly, the clip appears to be from a flashback sequence as Bo Peep is seen wearing her original outfit from the first two films of the franchise as opposed to her updated look seen in other promotional materials from the film.
Directed by Josh Cooley, Toy Story 4 stars Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Keanu Reeves, Annie Potts, Don Rickles, Estelle Harris, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Jeff Pidgeon, Blake Clark, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele and Tony Hale. The film opens on June 21.
