2. LET HIS SISTER MARRY A ROBOT
Here, in Avengers #110 (by Steve Englehart, Don Heck and Frank Giacoia), Quicksilver lays down the law...
But he doesn't keep her from doing it! He could have prevented all of the stuff that lead to Avengers Dissassembled and House of M if he had just managed to actually do what he said back then!
I am kidding, of course, I just figured it wouldn't be right to get through a list like this without getting in an example of his silly prejudices.
2. TRIED TO KILL THE COMBINED WEST COAST AND EAST COAST AVENGERS
In West Coast Avengers Annual #1 (by Steve Englehart, M.D. Bright and Geof Isherwood), after his plot to get them arrested for treason failed by virtue of them escaping, he tries to just kill them all...
Luckily the Vision convinced him otherwise.
If the Vision was a bit late, the Avengers would be dead.
1. STOLE THE TERRIGEN CRYSTALS AND KILLED A GUY
In the House of M follow-up, Son of M (by David Hine and Roy Allan Martinez), Quicksilver is so desperate to regain his powers that he steals terrigen crystals from the Inhumans, giving himself new powers, but also kidnapping his daughter (and exposing her to the terrigen crystals too early) and, of course, killing a dude.
At first, he successfully blames these actions on a Skrull taking his place (in a funny bit by Dan Slott in Mighty Avengers) but ultimately, Peter David has him tell the truth in All-New X-Factor #12, although oddly the whole "murdered that guy" thing hasn't come up since...
Okay, that's the list! Agree? Disagree? Let me know!
