Tom King and Tom Taylor have made the best of April Fools' Day. The DC comic writers switched their profile pictures, making a reference to the way fans often confuse them for one another.RELATED: Batman: Tom King Says the Dark Knight Would Self-Quarantine

The joke began when a Twitter user noted that he mistook Taylor for King every time the former made a tweet. King, who had changed his profile pic, quoted and replied "Same." In turn, Taylor quoted that tweet and added "Same."

Taylor had leaned into the joke earlier by taking a picture of himself wearing a DC Comics hat, in a similar angle to King's profile picture. The two writers switching profile pics is another good-humored nod to this running joke, and a rather wholesome April Fools' joke.
