Loki star Tom Hiddleston revealed that he is willing to play the God of Mischief for the rest of his life.

When asked if he would, Hiddleston replied, "Yeah, absolutely." He added, "I'm so lucky that I've got to play Loki for this long. And you know, I feel like he's such an interesting character who's been around in human consciousness for so long. And he's got so many different aspects, so many different complex characteristics, that it feels like every time I play him, I find out something new or we get to evolve him or take him down an avenue that we haven't gone down before."

Hiddleston concluded by saying that Loki has "been around for a while," and that he thinks the character is "going to be around for a lot longer." "Meanwhile I'll just hold on for as long as people want me to hold on for," Hiddleston said.

In addition to the movies and a crossover short with The Simpsons, Hiddleston's Loki recently received his own series on Disney+, the season finale of which was released this week. The series was renewed for a second season, though Marvel Studios hasn't released any details. Hiddleston is also expected to reprise the role for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Loki stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Owen Wilson and Gugu Mbatha-Raw. The show is the third series that was released as part of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It follows the fan-favorite villain as he was in 2012, in the aftermath of the events of Avengers: Endgame, which saw him escape from one reality into another using the Tesseract.
