Todd McFarlane has showcased a pair of sculpts for upcoming DC Multiverse action figures. The upcoming figures will be of the monstrous Doomsday and the Grim Knight, a Batman from the Dark Multiverse.

"Working on some upcoming action figures!" McFarlane wrote on Twitter, alongside a photo of the sculpts. The Grim Knight is shown strapped with a number of rifles and other weaponry, while Doomsday is represented in all his spiked, hulking glory.

The Grim Knight is a version of Bruce Wayne who resorted to lethal methods to stop crime, starting with the murder of Joe Chill. He used cutting edge technology to transform his version of Gotham City into a weapon, slaughtering the criminals and corrupt. Doomsday is a being intended to be the perfect weapon, and is best known for killing Superman in the "Death of Superman" story arc. His powers allow him to adapt to any fatal wound, making him nigh-unkillable.

The DC Multiverse line of figures is produced under McFarlane Toys, which features other collectibles from pop culture franchises including the Batman: Arkham video game universe and Sean Gordon Murphy's Batman: White Knight universe.
