TNT will air a marathon of six DC Extended Universe films over the weekend ahead of its TV premiere of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Captain Marvel.

Captain Marvel, starring Brie Larson, was the first MCU film with a female lead. Released in 2019, it made $426.8 million domestically and $1.128 billion globally. TNT will air it at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Sunday, Jan. 10.

Beginning Friday, TNT will lead up to Captain Marvel with Justice League at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, the first live-action film that brought together DC heroes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg. It will be followed by Suicide Squad on Friday at 10:30 p.m., which features a government-sanctioned team of supervillains saving the world from a renegade demon and contending with The Joker. After that is Batman Begins at noon Saturday, Jan. 9, the first film in the trilogy by director Christopher Nolan that re-introduced the Dark Knight to cinemas. Next is Wonder Woman, which covered the origin of the Amazon warrior, at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9.

The marathon continues with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the first live-action teaming of its title heroes, at 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 10; and Man of Steel, which reintroduced Superman to the big screen, at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10. All air times are ET/PT.

TNT will show four of the movies a second time over the weekend: Suicide Squad at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9; Justice League at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9; ET, Batman Begins at 11 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9; and Wonder Woman at 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10.

In “Captain Marvel,” Captain Marvel is an extraterrestrial Kree warrior who finds herself caught in the middle of an intergalactic battle between her people and the Skrulls. Living on Earth in 1995, she keeps having recurring memories of another life as U.S. Air Force pilot Carol Danvers. With help from Nick Fury, Captain Marvel tries to uncover the secrets of her past while harnessing her special superpowers to end the war with the evil Skrulls.
