In the never-released scene, Hoag plays Fox's boss as Channel 6 news who requests a meeting in the middle of Times Square. Praising O'Neil's work as a reporter, Hoag's character offers her promotion, and serves up the delightfully meta line, "You and I, we’re basically the same person."

Some longtime TMNT fans were let down when they heard Hoag's scene was cut from the film. Regardless, Hoag seems to have had a fun time on the set, even indulging in the one food every TMNT fan can get behind: Pizza.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows" is currently available to purchase from online retailers in Digital HD and in physical stores on Blu-ray/DVD.
