IDW Publishing's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #95 delivered the shocking development of Jennika (Splinter's most recent protege) being turned into a mutated turtle after suffering a stab wound from Karai's mystical sword and receiving a blood transfusion from Donatello.Now, artist Sophie Campbell has revealed she will take over the writing and art duties on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with Issue #101, while unveiling new art of Jennika donning her yellow ninja mask, cloak and claws.RELATED: TMNT Fully Debuts Its Female Turtle, Including Her Mask Color"NEWS: I am taking the reins of TMNT starting with issue #101 and writing AND drawing the next storyline! @IDWPublishing #tmnt," Campbell wrote on Twitter, along with posting artwork of Jennika posing in front of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic logo.

Next, she unveiled concept art she created two years ago for the Turtles' newest team member, providing a glimpse at how long this development has been in the works, and how Jennika will look standing next to Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michaelangelo.

The first photo shows Jennika with her four new brothers; the second sees her in a crouching state with her cloak over her head; the third photo delivers a brooding shadow effect; and the fourth features Jennika beginning to tie her yellow mask around her face.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #95 is on sale now, with the next issue arriving July 31.
