Deadpool 2 star T.J. Miller is reportedly negotiating a deal with prosecutors regarding the fake bomb threat he allegedly called in on an Amtrak train in March.

According to The Blast, recently filed court documents indicate prosecutors and Miller are "discussing several matters related to the possibility of resolving the case short of indictment." The documents reportedly ask for Miller's next hearing date to be pushed back from Sept. 14 to Nov. 30 to give both parties a chance to work out a deal.

The former Silicon Valley star was arrested in April after he allegedly called a 911 dispatcher and claimed that a female passenger aboard the train had “a bomb in her bag.” According to a train attendant, Miller, who was intoxicated at the time, was involved in a heated exchange with a woman sitting near him and was removed from the train in New York. No explosive devices were found onboard.

Miller was charged with "intentionally conveying to law enforcement false information about an explosive device on a train traveling to Connecticut." If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
