Titans star Joshua Orpin provided a look into his superhero fitness regimen.

The actor discussed his fitness goals for the newest season of Titans in a recent Instagram post. Along with photos, Orpin wrote, "New season, new goals. Season 2 was about #cultivatingmass, this time around we were trying to get me a little leaner and meaner."

Analyzing his efforts, Orpin added, "...these are the results of work ethic, discipline and consistency through 2 lockdowns (in 2 countries) and 9 months of shooting. It was difficult. As long as I have the privilege of playing this role, I'll continue to strive toward the 100% unrealistic standard set by my comic book counterpart."

Orpin plays Conner/Superboy on Titans, debuting in Season 2. A clone of Lex Luthor and Superman, Conner's journey has found him trying to escape the control of the company that created him, Cadmus Laboratories, while making new friends along the way. That said, Conner's main companion so far has been Krypto, a super-powered pup played a dog that had been rescued from a shelter.
