Conner Kent, aka Superboy, and his canine companion Krypto are the stars of a new clip for DC Universe's Titans, released just ahead of their Season 2 debut."Krypto and Conner are no longer on a leash," the Titans' official Twitter page captioned the post. The comment rings true, as the clip shows the duo escaping Project Cadmus and doing battle with those chasing them. Conner and Krypto first appeared in Titans during a post-credits scene shown after the Season 1 finale. Superboy is played by Joshua Orpin. The character also had a live-action appearance on The CW's Smallville and was portrayed by Lucas Grabeel.

First appearing in 1993's The Adventures of Superman #500, Conner Kent was created by Karl Kesel and Tom Grummett. Krypto made his first comic book appearance much earlier, in 1955, and was created by Otto Binder and Curt Swan.
