Created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez, Sebastian Blood VIII/Brother Blood debuted in 1982's The New Teen Titans #21 as an adversary of the titular superhero team. The character is usually depicted as a power-hungry priest and head of the Church of Blood, whose powers have ranged from hypnosis and sorcery to vampirism and enhanced strength. Brother Blood has previously been adapted to television and film four times. John DiMaggio voiced the character in the 2003 animated series Teen Titans and reprised the role in its 2013 spin-off Teen Titans Go! The character also appeared in the 2017 animated film Teen Titans: The Judas Contract as the leader of H.I.V.E. He was also a recurring antagonist on Season 2 of Arrow, played by Kevin Alejandro.

Titans Adds New Villains

Morgan's Brother Blood will not be the only new addition to the Titans cast in the upcoming fourth season. Franka Potente, Lisa Ambalavanar and Titus Welliver will also feature in the new season, playing iconic DC characters Mother Mayhem, Jinx and Lex Luthor, respectively. Welliver's casting as the Superman villain has fans extremely excited about Season 4, with many hoping that the character's inclusion means the season will be Superboy-focused. The first look at Welliver's Lex Luthor in Titans was previously revealed in Sept. 2022 with an image showing the character speaking to Anna Diop's Starfire.
