A synopsis for this week's episode of Titans confirmed the first appearance of Lex Luthor's bodyguard Mercy Graves in the DC Universe series.

The brief synopsis for the tenth episode of the series' second season, titled "Fallen," confirms that the Titans' headquarters will come under attack by Graves, who is on the hunt for Superboy following his escape from Cadmus and subsequent attempts to learn about his past.

Graves will be portrayed by Natalie Gumede, whose casting was announced earlier this year. Gumede is best known for her roles as Ashley in 2014's Doctor Who Christmas Special, and Bella/Isabella Charming in the 2015 TV miniseries Jekyll & Hyde. The upcoming "Fallen" will mark her first appearance as Mercy Graves on Titans.

The official character bio given by the show's producers released with the initial casting announcement reads, "Mercy Graves is the ruthless, cunning, right hand and bodyguard to the notorious Lex Luthor - serving her boss with unquestioned loyalty. Her connection to the Luthors runs deep, as Mercy has been a friend of the family and in Lex's life since they were young."

The episode will also see Beast Boy finding himself in Mercy's crosshairs after reuniting with Superboy. Meanwhile, Dick Grayson will make peace with being an inmate in a Nevada prison, and Raven will meet a runaway girl and take her under her wing.

Streaming now on DC Universe, Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Kory Anders, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth, Ryan Potter as Garfield Logan, Curran Walters as Jason Todd and Conor Leslie as Donna Troy, with Minka Kelly as Dawn Granger, Alan Ritchson as Hank Hall, Joshua Orpin as Superboy, Chelsea Zhang as Rose Wilson, Chella Man as Jericho, Drew Van Acker as Aqualad, Esai Morales as Deathstroke and Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.
