At the start of "Purple Rain," a group of corrupt GCPD cops force Vee to take them to Barbara. However, Vee ends up disarming them in the elevator down and taking them out. She then reveals to Barbara that she's a member of A.R.G.U.S. and has secured GCPD headquarters for them. She then reveals that she's been working with Roy Harper, who was mentioned in Titans Season 2. Oliver Queen/Green Arrow's former sidekick, Roy is a key character in the DC Universe and a longtime ally of the Titans and its various members. Vee then reveals she's brought an entire A.R.G.U.S. team to GCPD headquarters.

Over the course of "Purple Rain," A.R.G.U.S. and Vee prove integral in taking down Scarecrow. Thanks to their advanced technology, they're able to essentially keep Scarecrow from being able to detonate any of his bombs, thus saving countless lives. They also stabilize things on the ground by challenging the corrupt police force and limiting the damage they can do. By the end of the episode, A.R.G.U.S. is also fully committed to rebuilding Gotham and its police department. Vee even offers Donna Troy/Wonder Girl a job working for them, though the recently resurrected Titans hasn't signed up quite yet by the end of Season 3.

Vee reveals ARGUS in Titans Season 3, Episode 13, "Purple Rain."

Created by Geoff Johns and Gene Ha, Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans -- A.R.G.U.S. for short -- first appeared in 2012's Justice League #7. The group essentially functions as one of the DC Universe's spy agencies, though it's generally geared towards dealing with problems related to the Justice League. Since its creation, A.R.G.U.S. has played a role in a number of DCTV adaptations, including The CW's The Flash and Arrow. A.R.G.U.S. also plays a role in the DC Extended Universe, as the group supervises the Suicide Squad.

Just what role A.R.G.U.S. will have in Titans Season 4 isn't clear at this time. However, Vee's invitation to Donna does indicate that the group isn't going anywhere. It's entirely possible Donna will become an A.R.G.U.S. agent, which could then tie into a future Titans mission. Still, regardless of just what role A.R.G.U.S. plays going forward, the Titans Season 3 finale definitely just made its universe a little bit bigger.

All 13 episodes of Titans Season 3 are available now on HBO Max. The show has been renewed for Season 4.
