Titans' Jason Todd Shares an Ominous Image on Social Media

The first season of Titans introduced Jason Todd as the next Robin, a replacement for Dick Grayson after the young acrobat eventually left Gotham behind.

But while Jason is known for being a Robin, he's more commonly recognized as the dark vigilante known as the Red Hood. Now, actor Curran Walters, who plays Todd on the DC Universe television show, has fans wondering if his character will transform into that character in Season 2.

The actor didn't include any accompanying text, which only adds to the mystery of the post. Already, fans are hounding the young star in his comments, wondering if this could somehow mean that Season 2 of Titans will introduce the outlaw hero of Gotham City.

In the comic books, Jason Todd was beaten to death by a crowbar-wielding Joker. Although he remained dead for a long time, Jason eventually returned to life as the Red Hood, a villainous vigilante with an ax to grind against Batman. Eventually, he and his mentor would mend their fences somewhat, though Jason's lethal solutions to fighting crime often puts him at odds with the Dark Knight.

Season 1 of Titans introduced Jason as a more violent and brash Robin than his predecessor, Dick Grayson. While the pair spent a bit of time bonding, Jason's brutal beatdown of several police officers ultimately drove a wedge between the two Batman proteges.
