It's not easy being all alone on a space station careening through space, and the more we see of the upcoming film "Passengers," it looks like it's not really much easier if you're going through that with someone else. In the new sci-fi/action/romance film, Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence play passengers on a spaceship making a long, long journey. The catch? They wake from cryo-sleep 90 years too early -- and that's just the beginning of their problems.

Two new TV spots, each one more intense than what we've seen before, highlight some of the terrifying situations Pratt and Lawrence will find themselves in. The film also stars Michael Sheen, Laurence Fishburne and Andy Garcia, who you can quickly spot in the first TV spot.

Next up is a trailer from France, which really makes the already stylish looking film also sound super stylish. Even if you don't speak French, the chemistry between Pratt and Lawrence is palpable -- as is the intensity of their isolated and grim situation.

Morten Tyldum, famous for “Headhunters” and “The Imitation Game” directed “Passengers.” “[Pratt and Lawrence] take the characters so seriously and bring so much to the roles with charm and intelligence and charisma,” Tyldum said back in August. “They really went for it and it is phenomenal to watch… In this day of sequels and reboots I think it’s refreshing that it is a completely original story with two of the best movie stars in the world. I’m very, very happy with the movie.”

“Passengers” is scheduled for release on December 21, 2016.
