Tim Burton fans can now celebrate the winter holidays beside Jack Skellington with Disney's The Nightmare Before Christmas Pop-Up Book and Advent Calendar.

The calendar contains its very own "nightmarish" pop-up tree along with hidden compartments holding a total of twenty-five removable ornaments. In true Burton fashion, the ornaments range from skeletal reindeer to a man-eating wreath. Along with the calendar, a hardcover pop-up book features its own 28-page guidebook loaded with insider info about the fictional "Halloween Town" and its residents.

The 1993 stop-motion film has long been considered both a Halloween and Christmas staple. The story follows Pumpkin King Jack Skellington on a musical dark fantasy journey, leaving his hometown of "Halloween Town" and discovering a "Christmas Town" portal. There, he attempts to understand the meaning of Christmas. Last year, the possibility of making a live-action version of the film was discussed, but there has been no official announcement from Disney.

The pop-up book and Advent calendar feature Jack along with other favorite characters from the film such as Zero the dog, Sally, the female ingenue, the mayor of Halloween Town and the Boogey Man. The Nightmare Before Christmas Pop-Up Book and Advent Calendar is currently available for pre-order on Amazon for $35.99. It will be available everywhere books are sold Sep. 29, 2020.
