Blockbuster movies like Thor: Ragnarok and Wonder Woman may not have been nominated for the 90th Academy Awards, but that doesn't mean they didn't deserve recognition. That's why The Lonely Island created the song "Why Not Me?" in honor of all the films the academy passed by.

Along with Chris Hemsworth's Thor and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, the rough storyboards for the music video also include Pennywise from It, the four Chrises from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and DC Extended Universe, and many more.

The video utilizes screen grabs from various films, beginning with the God of Thunder asking "Why not me?" in regards to a nomination. From there, Thor is joined by Wonder Woman as the Marvel and DC heroes harmonize together, listing their accomplishments.

One of the many highlights of the song is the part where the four Chrises (Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt and Chris Evans) offer up a new category titled "Best Chris," before they are joined by another famous Chris, the comedian Chris Rock. Justice League's Aquaman even makes an appearance, calling out the winner of the best picture category, The Shape of Water.
