Has "The Walking Dead" already been renewed for a fourth season before its third even airs? A contest posted by AMC seems to indicate it's true. The network has joined with the American Red Cross to encourage people to donate blood. During the nationwide drive, donors will have the opportunity to win a 3-day, 2-night trip to "The Walking Dead" for season four production.

Assuming the contest does serve as a confirmation of "The Walking Dead" coming back for a fourth season, it doesn't come as much of a surprise. The show is a ratings juggernaut for AMC and broke a number of records during its second season.

Premieres October 14 on AMC
