The already-sprawling cast of "Avengers: Infinity War" appears to have gotten even larger.

As filming of the Marvel Studios sequel moves from Edinburgh, Scotland, to Durham, England, "Thor: Ragnarok" actress Tess Thompson was captured in a fan's selfie near historic Durham Cathedral, all but confirming that Valkyrie plays a role in the film.

When asked just last month about her future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe beyond "Thor: Ragnarok," Thompson told Entertainment Weekly, “You never know where people will pop up. In the next phase, the hope is to find ways to interweave all these characters, and certainly with 'Infinity War,' those are the culmination of a lot of work since 'Iron Man.' She’s part of the tapestry now. For me, it’s exciting to join at a time with young actors like Brie Larson and Chadwick Boseman and Michael B. Jordan. We’re all hopefully going to meet in one of these movies.”

Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo have also been spotted filming at Durham Cathedral, so it's possible Thompson's scenes will involve Thor and Bruce Banner/the Hulk.
