"Thor: Ragnarok" Director Taika Waititi Celebrates the Start of Filming with New Photo

"Thor: Ragnarok" began filming on July 4, and director Taika Waititi has photographic evidence. In celebration of the first day of filming, the "What We Do in the Shadows" director snapped a photo that names "Thor: Ragnarok's" writers and producers.

According to the photo, Tom Hammel and Brad Winderbaum will executive produce; Eric Pearson is attached as writer; Jake Morrison and Cyndi Ochs are VFX Supervisor and VFX Producer respectively; and Dan Hennah is production designer.

Directed by Taika Waititi and starring Chris Hemsworth, "Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to open on November 3, 2017.
